The single-stage centrifugal pump is a kind of liquid and liquid, or a mixture of floating particles and vapor or liquid chemicals. Multistage centrifugal pump combines two pumps with the same function. In terms of the structure of liquid safety channel, its main performance is that the material pressure relief port of the previous stage and the channel of the next stage can be safe channels with each other. The effect of setting multi-stage centrifugal pump is to increase the set working pressure.

The single-stage centrifugal pump includes pump casing, pump cover, motor equipment with output shaft, pump shaft, bearing with seat, centrifugal impeller, mechanical seal and mechanical seal screw cover structural components installed on the pump body. The key feature is that there is a device called wafer coupling between the output shaft with motor and the pump shaft, or it is a device installed on the bearing with seat, The guide roller bearing called the auxiliary support pump shaft.

The clamp type coupling has the effect of connection with the stiffness of the motor output shaft and the pump shaft. In the case of the motor output shaft and the pump, there is a length of indoor space in the middle of the shaft which is very convenient for disassembly and assembly of mechanical seal and mechanical seal screw cover. It is not necessary to remove the motor and pump cover during maintenance or removal and replacement of the machine seal.

What is the difference between multistage centrifugal pump and single-stage centrifugal pump? Experts told you that the difference between multi-stage centrifugal pump and single-stage centrifugal pump depends on the total number of centrifugal impellers. The characteristic of multistage centrifugal pump is that the pressure is too large and the total flow is small. Single stage centrifugal pump has only one stage centrifugal impeller, which is characterized by low working pressure and large total flow.

Fourth, because there is only one centrifugal impeller on the pump shaft of the single-stage centrifugal pump, and there are many centrifugal impellers connected in series on the pump shaft of the multi-stage centrifugal pump, the multi-stage centrifugal pump is composed of the centrifugal impellers above the second stage installed on the same shaft to rotate together. During the work, the output of the front centrifugal impeller is input to the rear centrifugal impeller, and each layer of centrifugal impeller leaves is installed, Is called level one.

2. The motor rotor of multistage centrifugal pump is mainly composed of shaft, centrifugal impeller, equalizing plate and coupling. The axial force is balanced by the equalizing plate.

3. The rolling bearing of multistage centrifugal pump is mainly composed of rolling bearing body, rolling bearing and rolling bearing cap. The rolling bearing is lubricated with vegetable grease or thin oil.
