Incorrect installation will invalidate the mechanical seal.
Under normal damage, the mechanical seal is one of the spare parts. As long as the pump is in operation, the mechanical seal will be damaged all the time, so the service life is long. Once damaged, the moving ring and the Kuche ring can no longer be installed together. When leakage occurs, the corrosion of the material is stronger, exceeding the dimensional tolerance of the mechanical seal, resulting in the erosion and leakage of the sealing components of the mechanical seal.
Empty burning machine seal. Operating under the standard of no liquid in centrifugal water pump will cause high temperature of mechanical seal. Under normal conditions, it is not easy to have any problems, because the water in the pump will continue to moisten and refrigerate the mechanical seal, but if not, in liquid state, the mechanical seal will not be able to refrigerate during operation, and the temperature will rise until it ignites.
The pump has not been actually operated for a long time, and there is no necessary preparation before operation, such as manual shaking test run, etc. due to the long-term non operation of the pump, it is likely to cause microbial strains and air oxidation. If the sealing ring of the moving motor seal is operated without solution, the sealing structure is likely to be damaged when the motor runs at high speed, And it's likely to seep.
The pump transports substances with hard solid particles. During the operation period of the pump, the moving ring Kuche ring of the mechanical seal is installed from beginning to end to ensure that the pump is not easy to leak. However, if the material contains a large amount of very dilute solid particles, it will enter the middle of the moving ring and the dynamic ring, and the mutual cooperation between the dynamic ring and the static data ring is not close. On the other hand, hard particles will destroy the smooth surface of dynamic and static data rings and make them not smooth, resulting in sealing leakage.
Water seepage of O-ring hydraulic seal
The probability of O-ring leakage is generally not large. Generally, the brittle O-ring is not easy to be removed and replaced immediately in the whole process of maintenance, disassembly and assembly of pipeline circulating pump, otherwise dirt will affect the sealing natural environment of O-ring in the whole process of installation. The sand hole leaks in the pump casing or pump cover
Centrifugal pumps are all cast parts before they are produced and processed into finished products. Some defective castings will be cleaned up during raw material selection and production processing, but some sand holes may occur. It's not that the inspection is not strict, but this kind of sand hole can't be applied. It is not easy to be exposed during human eye inspection. It can only be reflected in the high pressure natural environment. If the sand hole is small and water seepage, it can be repaired with industrial production maintenance agent. If the leakage is large and does not leak, you need to go back to the processing plant to replace the pump casing.
