Working structure principle
The acid and alkali dosing device is mainly composed of solution tank, mixing tank (with mixer), metering pump, liquid level gauge, electric control cabinet, pipeline, valve, safety valve, check valve, pressure gauge, filter, base, escalator, etc. (it can be configured according to the actual requirements of users).
Due to the requirements of water treatment process, the pH value of water is often required to be controlled within a certain range. Manually adding a certain amount of acid or alkali to the water is a more direct and effective way to meet this requirement. Common acid and alkali neutralizers include sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, ammonia, calcium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate, etc.
The dosing device mainly includes four parts: solution mixing system, metering dosing system, safety system and control system.
The solid agent is added into the dissolving tank, and then added with demineralized water or condensate in proportion to stir and dissolve. It is added into the boiler drum by the metering dosing system. The dosing control can be manual or follow-up control and automatic dosing can be carried out according to the control signal output by the upper system.
