1. The pneumatic diaphragm pump is weak and the pump efficiency is reduced

This kind of phenomenon generally has the following conditions: one is the reduction of standard air pressure. First look at the working pressure of the air inlet barometer. The working pressure value of 4-7kg is conventional. Then check the opening position of the pneumatic valve. 4. There are sundries or oil stains in the material

This is generally caused by the rupture of the diaphragm of the pneumatic diaphragm pump. If you see such a situation, you should immediately turn off the air inlet of the pump, stop working and replace the diaphragm. It is proposed that if volatile matter, flammable, explosive and highly corrosive liquid are transported, the diaphragm should be removed and replaced on time to prevent environmental pollution and unnecessary damage, and ensure a long-term natural working environment for the diaphragm pump.
